1．在与房东签订租房合同时请仔细阅读有关条款，如有不清楚的地方请勿立即签字，签字后就证明已经确认合同所规定的所有条款。
Read items in the contract carefully before signing any contract, if you are not clear enough about the contract please do not sign it or it means you have accepted all the provisions in the contract.
2．一般租房合同应有中文版和英文版，如果只有中文版的合同而你又不能完全理解的话可以到办公室来咨询有关条款内容，切勿在不了解条款内容的情况下签署合同，以免上当受骗。
If the contrat only in Chinese version and you can not understand the provisions in the contract you can consult our office for that, please do not sign any contract without fully understanding the contract lest being cheated.
3．如对租房中介机构存有疑虑，请来办公室咨询有关情况，在未签署合同前切勿缴纳任何形式的押金或现金给中介机构，也不要随意轻信中介工作人员的口头承诺。
If you have any doubt about the Housing agency please consult our staff in office, do not pay anything to the agency before signing the contract and do not believe in any oral promises of staff in Housing agency.
4．一旦签定合同并支付费用后一定要向中介机构索要正规发票。
After signing the contract and completing the payment, you must remember asking for formal invoice from Housing agency.
